✦clarity and direction sessions
✦resources and transformational audio support
✦articles and educational materials

3. Bookings and payments

Bookings are made through the contact channels mentioned on the website. Confirmation and payment details are communicated directly after the time slot is chosen.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

✦at least 48 hours in advance: free rescheduling
✦between 24 and 48 hours in advance: rescheduling without refund
✦under 24 hours or no-show: 50% of the amount may be retained

5. Client responsibility

✦participation is voluntary and assumed
✦honest communication supports the process
✦sessions are not recorded without explicit agreement

6. Intellectual property

The content of the website, including texts, visual identity and other materials, is protected and cannot be reused without permission.
