Session preparation

Everything you need to know before, during and after a session so the experience can feel as clear and grounded as possible.

Before the session

  • Stay well hydrated on the day of the session.
  • Avoid alcohol or other substances that change your state.
  • If it helps, note a few questions or your main theme.
  • Leave space for flexibility: you do not need to arrive with everything fully clarified.

During the session

  • We begin with a simple conversation about what you are living now.
  • I guide you into a relaxed state; you do not need to do anything special.
  • You can say what you feel or choose to stay more in observation.
  • The pace is continuously adapted to how you feel during the process.

After the session

  • Drink water and give yourself a little quiet space after the meeting.
  • Observe what settles in the following days without forcing conclusions.
  • If integration questions appear, we can clarify them later.
